NEW BUSINESS:
- A Notice of Intent was received from Fuss & O’Neill, Inc. for DCR for spillway replacement, dam crest repairs, brush and tree removal and seepage repairs at the Echo Lake Dam on Echo Lake Road, Princeton, MA.
- The Providence and Worcester Railroad Company 2013 Vegetation Control Program dated March 19, 2013 was received from Tec Associates Consulting Engineers.
- Ken Whitney of the Princeton Fire Department will discuss future fire pond projects.
- A call was received at Town Hall regarding the clear cutting on Mountain Road by Princeton Tree Service, along with a concern of soil being brought in from

Westminster Landfill expansion at a different location. David Getman spoke with Gerald Silven regarding these concerns. PCC does not have jurisdiction on these concerns.
- Agenda item for topics not reasonably anticipated by the Chair 48 hours in advance of the meeting.
