The listings of maters are those reasonably anticipated by the Chair which may be discussed at the meeting.~ Not all items listed may in fact be discussed and other items not listed may also be brought up for discussion to the extent permitted by law.
OLD BUSINESS:
- Jacob Elie, an Eagle Scout from Princeton, will present the blue prints, fund raising plans and give his final presentation to the PCC,
- Open Space Committee will attend to discuss the Old Colony Road Bridge situation.
NEW BUSINESS:
- Review of an annual report dated January 28, 2013 from Craig Stimson for the Four Corners lease.
- Agenda item for topics not reasonably anticipated by the Chair 48 hours in advance of the meeting.
FOREST CUTTING PLANS:
- Calamint Hill Road North for property owned by Scott and Nancy Bigelow for 21.3 acres.
- 319 Ball Hill Road for property owned by David Valcovic and Patricia Cornell for 13 acres.
OTHER BUSINESS:
- PCC to discuss a submission checklist to be available to NOI, RDA, and ANRAD applicants.
- Commission Business, mail, procedures, etc.
- The minutes from the January15, 2013 meeting will be read and accepted.
CERTICICATE OF COMPLIANCE:
The next meeting of the PCC is scheduled for March 19, 2013.
