The listings of maters are those reasonably anticipated by the Chair which may be discussed at the meeting.~ Not all items listed may in fact be discussed and other items not listed may also be brought up for discussion to the extent permitted by law.
 

OLD BUSINESS:
  • A Continuation for a Abbreviated Notice of Resource Area Delineation (ANRAD) filed by Goddard Consulting for Jeff Crowley of Wachusett Mountain Realty Assoc. for property located on Mountain Road (Map 1 Parcels 2&3 and Map 4 Parcels 3-15 and 3-16) across from Wachusett Mtn. Ski Area.
  • A continuation for a  Notice of Intent was filed by Princeton Fire Department for property located on Gregory Hill Road known as Hall’s Pond owned by Hall for installation of a new PVC hydrant, strainer and remove accumulated material to meet new insurance standards.
NEW BUSINESS:
  • Notice of Intent filed by Terra Environmental for roadway reconstruction and drainage improvements of Greene Road, from Rhodes Road to Westminster Road.  To include reclamation of roadway surface, paving, replacement subdrain,

Installation of drainage structures, roadway shoulder improvements, and ancillary work.

  • A letter was received from Andrysick Land Surveying with details and plans for a Fire Protection Pond to be constructed on the Harrington Farm property on Westminster Road.  No work will occur within the 100 foot wetland buffer zone or within the 200 foot riparian zone.
  • Meeting with DPW regarding work associated with East Wachusett Brook on Mirick Road.
  • A site visit took place on October 2, 2012 for Administration Road.  Based on the site visit attached is a listing of items that the Commission feels needs addressing.  See Attached.


  • Agenda item for topics not reasonably anticipated by the Chair 48 hours in advance of the meeting.
