NEW BUSINESS:
A Notice of Intent was filed for Linda Potter by Green Hill Engineering for property located at 288 Sterling Road, Princeton for the repair of the septic system.
OLD BUSINESS:
A Continuation of a Notice of Intent filed for Town of Princeton for the roadway reconstruction and drainage improvements for Mirick Road from Beaman Road to East Princeton Road. The project includes reclamation of the roadway surface, paving, replacement of a box culvert, shoulder drainage improvements and ancillary work to include pavement markings, signage and replacement of erosion control measures. DEP file No. 267- .
Other Business:
A memo was received from the Planning Board regarding the Open Space Residential Design – Definitive Subdivision Application from Jo-Anne Crystoff.
PCC to discuss the use of the Hayfields Lease Monies.
Tom Lynch will give the PCC an update on the Wachusett Mountain Project.
Forest Cutting Plans:
The next meting of the PCC is scheduled for October 18, 2011.
