NEW BUSINESS:

A Notice of Intent was filed for Town of Princeton for the roadway reconstruction and drainage improvements for Mirick Road from Beaman Road to East Princeton Road.  The project includes reclamation of the roadway surface, paving, replacement of a box culvert, shoulder drainage improvements and ancillary work to include pavement markings, signage and replacement of erosion control measures.  DEP file No. 267-      

A Notice of Intent was filed by Stephen Knapp for property located at 53 Worcester Road, Princeton owned by Kenneth & Barbara Heekin for grading associated with the construction of an artist’s home workshop adjacent to the artist’s residence within a buffer zone.  DEP File No. 267 -
Other Business:
Al Futterman, Land Program Director from the Nashua River Watershed Association attended the PCC Meeting to discuss updates to the Grant on Forest Legacy Program as well as the PCC letter of commitment.  Mr. Futterman discussed the connection to the Merrell Kessler Track and Boylston Park owned by the Park and Recreation Dept.  He would like to see them go into the Forest Legacy Program as well as the Krashes Property
PCC to discuss the use of the Hayfields Lease Monies.
Tom Lynch will give the PCC an update on the Wachusett Mountain Project.

OLD BUSINESS:
A continuation of a Notice of Intent was filed by Andrysick Land Surveying for the Town of Princeton, Open Space Committee for a pedestrian bridge over the Ware River off Old Colony Road, Princeton.  PCC received a letter dated July 7, 2011 from the Division of Fisheries and Wildlife, NHESP Tracking No. 11-29744.  Requested documents received for the NOI dated July 19, 2011.

The next meting of the PCC is scheduled for September 20, 2011.
