The minutes from the June 21, 2011 meeting will be read and accepted.
NEW BUSINESS:

A Notice of Intent was filed for Town of Princeton for the roadway reconstruction and drainage improvements for Mirick Road from Beaman Road to East Princeton Road.  The project includes reclamation of the roadway surface, paving, replacement of a box culvert, shoulder drainage improvements and ancillary work to include pavement markings, signage and replacement of erosion control measures.  Informal meeting due to improper advertising dates.

Other Business:
Informal Discussion with Stephen Knapp for 53 Worcester Road
Al Futterman, Land Program Director from the Nashua River Watershed Association attended the PCC Meeting to discuss updates to the Grant on Forest Legacy Program as well as the PCC letter of commitment.  Mr. Futterman discussed the connection to the Merrell Kessler Track and Boylston Park owned by the Park and Recreation Dept.  He would like to see them go into the Forest Legacy Program as well as the Krashes Property
PCC to discuss the use of the Hayfields Lease Monies.
Tom Lynch will give the PCC an update on the Wachusett Mountain Project.
Forest Cutting Plans:
Cutting plans for 114 Ball Hill Road, Princeton.
OLD BUSINESS:
A continuation of a Abbreviated Notice of Resource Area Delineation filed by Andrysick Land Surveying for Robert Porter/K&R Revocable Trust for Map 3 Parcel 8 on Westminster Road, Princeton, MA, for wetland delineation of a vacant lot.  Continued to the August 2011 Meeting per Doug Andrysick via phone call.

A continuation of a Notice of Intent was filed by Andrysick Land Surveying for the Town of Princeton, Open Space Committee for a pedestrian bridge over the Ware River off Old Colony Road, Princeton.  PCC received a letter dated July 7, 2011 from the Division of Fisheries and Wildlife, NHESP Tracking No. 11-29744.

The next meting of the PCC is scheduled for August 16, 2011.
