Regular Meeting July 13, 2016
CoA opened meeting at 9:10 AM
B. Kohlstrom, T. Thompson, J. Fife, M. Auger, and N. Nazarian, N. Wheeler arrived at 9:20 AM
CoA agreed to meet on the second Wednesday’s of the month at 9 AM. Next Meeting on August 10th at 9 AM. Meeting following that would be September 14th.
Amy called and said Fidelity Bank will offer $100 and services. CoA decided to complete that on Wednesday, September 7th. Nina to write letter, ask if Bank employees will be part of this.
CoA agreed to a pizza party on August 11th with Mr. David Shikes from NH as a comedian.
Discussion on the Farmer’s Market Coupons. Nina explained that as of last week, they were not in yet. Will put in the newsletter.
Discussion on the August newsletter. Nancy Wheeler offered to pick up the newsletters from NH if she can, she asked where they were.
CoA decided on a “bingo and bits” for the Thursday, September 29th. Bits could be cookies, or ice cream.
Bev left at 9:50 AM, Marie left at 10:00 AM.
