PRINCETON CENTER
MINUTES - NOVEMBER 18, 2010

PRESENT: Gaile Rollins
                  Terry Thompson
                   Louise Dix
                   Carl Lapoint

There was a problem with the computer in Gaile’s office so the figures for the accounts were not available for this meeting.
The minutes for the October meeting were accepted. A copy will be forwarded to the Town Clerk (Lynn) with a request she make one available for John Lebeau.
The bids for a new furnace boiler are going to be opened this afternoon (November 18).  There are several companies interested in doing the job which should be completed by December 2nd. The job should take 3-4 days to complete. It was decided not to compensate the tenants for the loss of heat.
Diane Featherstone has requested she be allowed to us one of the studios for two hours every other Saturday until the space is rented to another tenant. The charge will be $20.00 per session which was approved by the committee.
The kitchen is going to be brought up to code so the congregate meals can be here starting in January. A drain pipe has to be changed, a new floor put in and several new sinks are needed. After the necessary repairs and changes the meals are going to be served once a week.
Gaile mentioned the town Christmas party is on December 6th.
There was also an inquiry about renting the gym and or kitchen with liquor usage. At the moment it is not allowed since it is a town building.
Gaile also told the committee the Historical Society had rented the senior room and the Nancy Wheeler had rented the gym for Sunday.
With no further business, the meeting was adjourned.
The next meeting will be on December 16th.
