Opportunity for Council on Aging Members and the Director to get acquainted
New Business –
- Elect Chair and Secretary
- Senior picnic sponsored by Fidelity Bank – Wednesday, Sept. 5th
Location
- Senior Lunch provided by PMLD and held at their location – Tuesday, Sept. 25th at noon
- Chairs – clean the ones that we got from the Lunenburg Senior Center
- Date / personnel to clean
- Date(s) / 1 person to go with Linda to pick up the rest of them.
- Future calendar / event planning
- Cultural Council grant preps – applications available Sept. 1st; deadline to submit is Oct. 15, 2018
- Health Fair date / flu shots – not on a Friday; September too early unless last week of the month; 11 am – 2 pm too long - 11 am – 1 pm better; make sure pharmacy stays entire time.
