Present: Lou Trostel, Lynne Grettum, Paul Constantino, John Lebeaux (Town Administrator)
The meeting was convened at 9:30 am.

The meeting was convened to expedite the selection of a new Cemetery Superintendent in light of Bruce’s expressed wish to resign.

Job Description
We agreed we would use the current Superintendent Job Description on file with Lynne at the Town Hall.

Agreed Process
The Town Administrator will work up an employment opportunity description based on this job description. As soon as this opportunity description is approved by Lou Trostel, JL will post it internally and publish it in such as the Landmark that will come out Thursday July 25 with a reply requested within 2 weeks of the publication date.

We will keep Bruce appraised of our progress. He has agreed to be most helpful in fulfilling the Superintendent’s duties until a suitable replacement is “on board”.

The Town Administrator will keep the Selectmen informed of the progress of this replacement hiring.
