Chris Lynch from Matrix Design, Edith Morgan (Selectman/MLP member), Robert Lichter (Alford BBC) and Phyllis Booth (Landmark) also attended.

Discussion
- Approve Minutes from 11/17 - Unanimously Approved.
- Discussion with Bill Stathis – Crocker Communications
- In Leverett, out of 800 households 570 pre-subscribers 70+%
- Distributed Leverett info packet and summary documents
- “Pre subscription” drive – 1 month free modest incentive helped drive early subscriptions.
- Crocker collects MLP fees for year / 12 and adds it into the bills.
- Crocker offers $295 install fee for power supply to external ONT and associated jacks/install of internal network terminal.
- Discussion on multi-family dwelling and ONTs
- Discussion on installation of internal wiring.
- Discussion on “Lessons Learned” from Leverett Build
- Crocker can provide tiered service plans including lifeline / low-income class of service.
- 7x24x365 call center
- Discussion on VOIP quality, tech and traffic prioritization
- Discussion on service procedures for residents without internet
- 100% net neutral
- Discussion on data caps / management of high BW users. To be determined, will be a mutual MLP/ISP discussion.
- Discussion on service taxes – no USF or state income tax is required to be collected, only 8 cents for E911 is added.
- Discussion on Wired West proposed contract with individual towns and how Princeton’s differences may affect ISP.
- MBI meeting two weeks ago, Stan has been in contact with MBIs general counsel. Funding distribution formula is still in process and is about to go to the MBI board.
- Monday 12/1 – MLP board voted to elect John L. and Stan Moss as the negotiation team for Matrix contract, along with any auxiliary parties needed.
- Discussion on 12/9 debt exclusion ballot vote.
- Stan got info on municipal participation in Ballot vote.
- Different than normal election rules, more restrictive.
- John L. called campaign finance office – date can be on the website.
- Town Clerk can put out lawn signs, electronic trailer.
- Princeton Broadband website is not owned / paid by town, not part of town website. Can post election info.
- Private citizens can send out messages/email
- Polls open 12-8
- BBC thanks to Rich for website work.
- Bob Lichter (Alford) town of 500 people. Support in town at info sessions was high. Met with MBI, MLP attorneys, following Princeton model more or less.
- Bob indicated the Alford BBC found fiber can be insured via Perma – will send details.
- Chris/Matrix will be coming in on 12/12 to look at underground issues in town.
- Matrix is changing the road/house max distance covered from 250 to 300 feet.
