Meeting Minutes October 8, 2014 Town Hall Office, Princeton, MA
Meeting called to order at 7:45 PM.

Discussion
- Approve meeting minutes from 10/1/2014. Approved, Stan abstained.
- MBI now meeting biweekly meetings with Wired Wired west. No MBI director, may not be one until after the election. Next wired west meeting on Oct 18th in Beckett. Wired West interested in our expected build costs, model, and details on our plan for underground service.
- Wired West requested a presentation from us on the 18th regarding Princeton’s wireless solution. John K. working on a handout for the meeting.
- Millennium/Matrix MOU meeting still scheduled for 10/9 (tomorrow), MOU has been updated and sent back to Millennium. Millennium has some issues to be resolved at the meeting.
- Completed MOU could be taken to MLP on Oct 20.
- Working on make-ready cost estimation. Report received from Linx engineering pole survey/study. Dave Moore of Linx used PMLD spreadsheet as base, added 150 Verizon poles, total of 450 poles needing work. We have asked Linx to give an estimate for their participation in pole make-ready/assessment process.
- Stan near completion of a detailed make-ready estimate with the following line items:
- PMLD make ready
- Verizon Make ready
- Verizon admin fees
- Police details for major roads and roads with limited line-of-sight
- Linx engineering costs
- Owners quality engineer
- Telecom hut / inclusive (hut,racks,equipment,generator,propane tank, fence) + installation
- MLP startup costs – insurance,legal,accounting, association dues, etc.
- 20% contingency
- Stan believes by next week make-ready estimate will be complete. (prior to MLP meeting)
- Discussion on Town Communication plans. Phil has Powerpoint outline / basic version in progress, waiting for dates.
- Possible follow-on town meeting date is TBD, there are many factors/constraints.
- Possible schedule of BBC 10/20.
