Meeting minutes of February 13, 2012
Meeting called to order at 7:10 pm. In attendance: Dag Olsen, John Kowaleski, Ned Utter, Rich Wagner, Petr Spacek, Stan Moss and Steve Cullen, Michael Cote and Bill Dino.
Working meeting with the following activities:
- Print, cut, and count into bundles the Broadband questionnaire postcards for deliver to USPS Princeton on Thursday, Feb 14th, with intended delivery to postal patrons on Friday, Feb 15th. Stan reported that Treasurer Jim Dunbar had cut a check to USPS for mailing the postcards to 1,460 mailboxes.
- Made final edits to questionnaire for Phil O’Brien’s review. Steve C to populate SurveyMonkey site for online use; Stan to print 300 hardcopy versions for distribution to Mountainside Market, Mountain Barn, Library and Town Hall.
- Rich reported princetonbroadband.com site would be online by mid-morning, Friday, Feb 15, 2013; Facebook page also targeted for the same.
Meeting adjourned at 10:15 pm.
