Executive Session 8:30 PM –-- In open meeting, board voted to go into Executive Session Selectboard members Edith M., Karen C. and Richy B. with T.A. Nina N.
Executive Session
The Board discussed submissions by employees/departments regarding the Classification & Compensation Study. One submission was from Ginger Toll, another from Kathy Stanley, and the last one was from the Library Director & Trustees. After discussion on each submission, the Board agreed that Nina would review the requests, as well as all classification/compensation matters, and prepare a recommendation on changes to any and all employees under the Personnel Policy, where needed.
9:43 PM Selectmen closed the executive session with Edith making a motion to adjourn, Richy seconded and in roll call vote they adjourned with Edith, Karen and Richy each saying “aye.”
