Selectboard – Executive Session Minutes – Town Hall Annex
Present: Chair Jon Fudeman, Richard Bisk, Edith Morgan w/ TA Nina Nazarian.
Classification & Compensation Study 9:48 PM Selectboard took roll call vote in regular session and opened executive session.
Discussion continued on the Classification & Compensation report by the Collins Center and the retroactive cost-of-living raise that is now being paid to each employee. It has been accumulating since July 1 when it was put on hold while waiting for guidance from the C&C report.
Board members approved payment to recently-retired Linda Albrecht for the difference in her FY’17 and FY’18 hourly rate. In roll call they voted Jon “aye,” Edith “aye” and Richy “aye.”
Adjourn 9:52 PM Selectboard closed the executive session with Edith making a motion to adjourn, Richy seconded and in roll call vote they adjourned with Jon, Richy and Edith and each saying “aye.”
