– December 13, 2018 – 8:30 AM – Town Hall Annex
Present: Chair Richard Bisk, Karen Cruise & Edith Morgan
8:35 AM~~Meeting called to order.
Communication Plan~–~Edie and Richy said they had no comments on the message from the Selectboard that Karen drafted for the Jan COA newsletter.~
ACTION~– Board voted all in favor to accept the message from the Selectboard for the COA newsletter.
Communication Plan~–~Edie and Richy suggested edits to the Road Funding letter Karen drafted.~
ACTION~– Board voted all in favor to accept the Road Funding letter subject to the suggested edits.
Future topics for Communication -~Edie suggested that the board recaps what it has accomplished so far this year. Karen agreed to draft the letter and the group will review it on Jan 3, 2019.
