Town of Princeton, Mass., Selectboard Meeting Minutes
– May 13, 2019 – 8:30 AM – Town Hall Annex
Present: Chair Richard Bisk, Karen Cruise with Town Administrator Nina Nazarian and Matthew Montcreaff
8:33 AM~~Meeting called to order.
Accept minutes from previous meetings
One correction was made to the minutes from 5/8/19: the meeting was scheduled for 6:00 PM and not AM.
Action: A motion was made and seconded to approve and release the minutes from 3/20/19 executive session, 4/17/19 regular session, 4/24/19 executive session, 4/30/19 regular session, 4/30/19 executive session, and the regular sessions of 5/1, 5/2, 5/8 (as amended), and 5/9. All voted in favor.
Action: A motion was made and seconded to approve but not release the executive session minutes from 4/3/19, 4/17/19 and 5/1/19. All voted in favor.
Approve Race to the Summit on September 29, 2019
Action: A motion was made and seconded to approve the race to the summit subject to the police and fire department requirements and the submission of a certificate of liability insurance covering the town. All voted in favor.
Review/Approve Collins Center Town Administrator Profile – passed over
Nina informed the Board of a public records request from the attorney for Dr and Mrs Ervin of 30 Mountain Road for any public records relating to 30 Mountain Road from 12/1/18 forward and for any drainage-related public records for Prospect Street from 1/1/16 forward.
Nina informed the Board that the Mechanics Hall RFP is on the street and will be posted shortly on the Town’s website.
