6:04 PM~~Meeting called to order.
Interim Town Administrator Contract – Vote and Authorize Chair to Sign
Action: A motion was made and seconded for the Board to appoint Mr. Richard White as Interim Town Administrator and Chief Procurement Officer as of May 3, 2019. All voted in favor.
Calamint Hill Rd N, Road Reconstruction & Resurfacing – Authorize Town Administrator to sign
Action: A motion was made and seconded to authorize the Town Administrator to sign a contract with JH Lynch & Sons for the Calamint Hill Rd N project. All voted in favor.
