Present: Chair Richard Bisk, Karen Cruise, Edith Morgan with Nina Nazarian and Matthew Moncreaff
9:01 AM~~Meeting called to order.
Discuss FY20 Budget/Capital & Annual Town Meeting Warrant
The Selectboard and Nina went over some of the items in the budget and capital plan and no changes were suggested. They then went through all articles on the warrant.
Action: A motion was made and seconded to place articles 1 and 3-25 on the 2019 ATM warrant. All voted in favor.
Action: A motion was made and seconded to place article 2, invoking the rule of necessity, on the 2019 ATM warrant. All voted in favor.
Action: A motion was made and seconded to ask Mr. Moncreaff to stay for the executive session. All voted in favor.
Executive Session 10:25 AM
Edie moved and Karen seconded to go into executive session: in accordance with M.G.L. c. 30A, §21: A. Exemption Two – To conduct strategy sessions in preparation for contract negotiations with nonunion personnel, Interim Town Administrator, and not to return to open session. In roll call Edith voted “Aye,” Karen voted “Aye” and Richard voted “Aye.”.
