– April 11, 2019 – 8:30 AM – Town Hall Annex
Present: Chair Richard Bisk, Karen Cruise, Edith Morgan with Matthew Moncreaff
8:32 AM~~Meeting called to order.
Interim TA search
The SB discussed the candidates and what was learned through reference checking. A write-up of the reference checks done by Karen was provided ahead of time by Nina. After a lengthy discussion, 3 candidates were selected to come in for an interview. The date of Tuesday, April 16th was chosen and Karen will invite the candidates.
Karen also asked for a date when the SB would like to talk with the Collins Center about what we are seeking in a new TA. It was agreed that doing it before a session with department heads would be ideal. Karen will suggest first thing on the 23rd for the SB followed by department heads to Mary Aicardi.
Discuss communications to seniors in COA newsletter and to residents in next letter.
Richy and Edie okayed Karen writing up something brief for the COA newsletter. The group then discussed what they would like to communicate to residents about building-related projects. Karen will draft something for the next communication meeting.
