Present: Chair Richard Bisk, Karen Cruise, Edith Morgan with Matthew Moncreaff

Discuss upcoming communications –
The board discussed possible options for next communications to residents. It was agreed that Karen would draft something for the upcoming COA newsletter for the team to review next week. This would cover TA search and include screening committee. It was also agreed that the next letter to residents should probably be an update on buildings.
