Present: Chair Richard Bisk, Edith Morgan with TA Nina Nazarian
8:40 AM~ Meeting called to order.
Discuss upcoming website change and ideas for tabs on main screen –~The group discussed the different options for tabs/buttons on the new website homepage. The group reviewed the town of Harvard’s homepage, submitted as an example by Karen. The group agreed to have the following 4 tabs:
- Town News
- Town Calendar
- Town Government
- Social Media
The group also discussed the Resource Center buttons and agreed to have the following buttons:
- Online Payments
- Agendas & Minutes
- CodeRED
- Hours
- Forms & Documents
- Current Projects
- Jobs/Volunteer
- Bids RFPs
Discuss draft of letter to residents on who is who in Town Hall 9:12 AM – Nina described some suggested changes. The Selectboard deferred further discussion until Karen, the letter’s author, was present.~
