Town of Princeton, Mass., Selectboard Meeting Minutes
– Jan. 3, 2019 – 8:30 AM – Town Hall Annex
Present: Chair Richard Bisk, Karen Cruise, Edith Morgan.
8:54 AM~~Meeting called to order.
Communication Plan~–~Edie and Richy provided several small edits to the message from the Selectboard that Karen drafted for the Feb COA newsletter.~
ACTION~– Board voted all in favor~to accept the message from the Selectboard for the COA newsletter subject to the suggested edits.
Communication Plan~–~Edie and Richy suggested edits to the Progress Report from the Selectboard letter Karen drafted. The board also reviewed edits that Nina had provided to Karen.
ACTION~– Board voted all in favor to accept the Progress Report from the Selectboard letter subject to the suggested edits.
Future topics for Communication -~The board discussed possible topics for the February letter to residents and agreed that "who is who in town government" would be a good topic to cover. Karen agreed to draft the letter and the group will review it at a communication meeting to be held in February.
