BOARD OF SELECTMEN at Facilities Planning Committee – Mtg. Minutes  

7:03 PM  Meeting was called to order at the Town Hall Annex.  Present were Chairman Edith Morgan, Jon Fudeman, Stan Moss with T.A. Nina Nazarian  Facilities members included Phil Mighdoll, Beth Mellor, Lisa Drexhage, Steve Mirick, Larry DeBlois Chris Conway & Sue Shanahan
        Phil Mighdoll handed out a document titled “Draft for Next Steps – Discussion” Issues raised about ACM and PCB materials in buildings. It was re-stated that Bagg Hall is the first building to be done. Angled parking was suggested along driveway.
8:20 PM Selectmen voted to bring two articles forward at ATM—for Princeton Center and for Bagg Hall.
8:30 PM  Facilities Cmte. left room. Nina presented a draft memo which she will forward to the building inspector concerning the food trailer at Mechanics Hall.
8:35 PM  Nina reported that Route 140 Reconstruction bids came in with P.J. Keating the lowest at $1.46 million. Selectmen voted all in favor to award the contract to P.J. Keating and to authorize the town administrator to enter the town into the contract.
        Edith presented a document of important items that should be considered when renovating Bagg Hall.

8:40 PM  BOS voted all in favor to adjourn.
