BOARD OF SELECTMEN Minutes - added to MLP meeting
8:41 PM The meeting was called to order in the Town Hall Annex. Present were Chairman Edith Morgan, Jon Fudeman, Stan Moss and T.A. Nina Nazarian
Nina N. has drafted a job description for a fulltime, seasonal (approx. Nov. – March) employee of the Facilities/Highway for winter road maintenance and building/facilities maintenance. As per personnel policy, it would initially be posted internally for five days, then if needed released publically.
Selectmen voted all in favor to approve posting a seasonal, fulltime Facilities/Highway employee.
Jon F. reported that he would be meeting with MBI staff in Westboro, and has asked Nina N. to attend, for clarification of issues from their previous meeting. Stan noted that MBI didn’t address anything on their agenda at the previous meeting.
8;55 PM Selectmen voted all in favor to adjourn.
