BOARD OF SELECTMEN Minutes - Contract Meeting
7 PM The meeting was called to order in the Town Hall Annex. Present were Chairman Edith Morgan, Stan Moss, Jon Fudeman and interim T.A. Robert Reed—with Nina Nazarian
After brief discussion, Stan M. moved and Jon F. seconded a motion to appoint Nina Nazarian as Town Administrator. Selectmen voted all in favor.
All parties agreed on details of the contract including minor changes as presented, Stan M. moved and Jon F. seconded a motion to approve the contract and Selectmen voted all in favor of the motion and signed the contract (four copies). Nina signed it (all copies) also, and docs will be forwarded to Town Clerk and Town Counsel for signatures. This was followed with some discussion about town affairs.
7:45 PM Selectmen voted all in favor to adjourn.
