Town of Princeton, Mass. - Jan. 20, 2015 - Minutes - BOARD OF SELECTMEN
The meeting was called to order at 10:27 AM in the Town Hall Annex. Present were Chairman Neil Sulmasy, Edith Morgan, Stan Moss and Town Administrator John Lebeaux.
New Business
Conduct Interim Town Administrator interviews, deliberate and act as necessary
At 10:30 AM, the Board interviewed William Plasko of Norwood, The Board unanimously voted to recess at 12 noon.
At 1 PM, the Board re-convened and interviewed Brian Bullock of Holden. The Board unanimously voted to recess at 2 PM.
At 2:55 PM, the Board re-convened and interviewed Robert Reed of Medway.
The Board discussed the qualifications of the three candidates. The Board concluded that all three candidates were capable of ably serving as Interim Town Manager. After deliberation, on a motion by Edie, seconded by Stan, the Board voted 3-0 to offer the position of Interim Town Administrator to Robert Reed, subject to satisfactory contract negotiations.
Executive Session
Possible executive session pursuant to MGL Chapter 30A, Section 21(2) to conduct strategy sessions in preparation for negotiations with non-union personnel and/or to conduct contract negotiations with non-union personnel.
Due to the lengthy meeting, no Executive Session was held.
The Board unanimously voted to adjourn at 4:40 PM.
