 Town of Princeton, Mass. - Jan. 29, 2015  - Minutes  -  BOARD OF SELECTMEN   
8:10 AM   The meeting was called to order in the Town Hall Annex.  Present were Chairman Neil Sulmasy, Edith Morgan, Stan Moss, and Town Administrator John Lebeaux and interim T.A. Robert Reed

New Business
Selectmen approved sale of four spaces to Ann Littlefield at Woodlawn Main Cemetery at $600 each.

Executive Session
8:12  PM Selectmen voted to enter into executive session to conduct contract negotiations with non-union personnel (Interim Town Administrator) and to conduct strategy sessions in preparation for negotiations with non-union personnel (Police Chief and Highway Superintendent), and to reconvene into open session. Stan M. made a motion: “I move to enter into Executive Session pursuant to MGL Chapter 30, Section 21(3), to discuss strategy with respect to employment contracts and to reconvene into open session” and Edith M. seconded the motion. Neil S. called for a vote and in roll call Neil voted “Aye,” Edith voted “Aye” and Stan voted “Aye.”  
9:40 AM Stan moved and Edith seconded to close executive session. In roll call, Neil voted “Aye,” Edith voted “Aye” and Stan voted “Aye.”
New Business
The board voted all in favor to sign the employment contract with Bob Reed as amended—subject to discussions that took place in executive session.

Old Business
The board voted all in favor to sign a revised Wachusett Greenway Recycling Agreement. Princeton pays aproximately $1,400 per year for residents to use the recycling center in Sterling.

Other Business
9:45 PM  Stan M. presented an update on Broadband Committee activities.

Correspondence
The board received a message from Condservation Commiossion chairman Vieira including the resume of Brett Trowbridge who was suggested by the Commission as a candidate to fill a seat on Conservation Commission. The Board  took the matter under advisement.

Minutes and Warrants
10:05 AM  Selectmen approved regular meeting minutes for Jan. 12 and reviewed and:
approved vendor and payroll warrants: FY15 #15

10:25 AM  Board signed the final copy of the interim TA contract and voted all in favor to recess until 3 PM to allow for any last-minute changes on the contract and if none, consider the meeting adjourned.
