The meeting was called to order at 6:30 PM. Present were Chairman Stan Moss, Edith Morgan, Neil Sulmasy and Town Administrator John Lebeaux.

John presented the Board with the following Reserve Fund transfer request:
Amount Requested: $250.00
Name of Account/Number: Veteran’s Services Expenses/01-5-543-780
This expenditure is extraordinary and/or unforeseen for the following reasons:
A new Veteran applied and was qualified for benefits effective April, 2013. Veteran’s Service Agent so advised Town today.
On a motion by Edie, seconded by Neil, the Board voted 3-0 to approve the request
Prepare for, attend and act as necessary at Annual Town Meeting
The Board attended the Annual Town Meeting and voted 3-0 to adjourn at its conclusion.
