The meeting was called to order at 6:50 PM. Present were Raymond Dennehy, Edith Morgan, Stan Moss and Town Administrator John Lebeaux.

None.
Other Business
On a motion by Stan, seconded by Edie, the Board unanimously elected Raymond as Chairman.
On a motion by Raymond, seconded by Stan, the Board unanimously elected Edie as Clerk.
On a motion by Stan, seconded by Edie, the Board unanimously voted at 6:54 PM to recess until the Annual Town Meeting was called to order and to have the Board’s meeting adjourn at the completion of the Annual Town Meeting.
The meeting was adjourned at 9:18 pm at the conclusion of the Annual Town Meeting.
