August 20, 2009
The meeting was called to order at 3:00 PM. Present were Chairman Alan Sentkowski, Raymond Dennehy and Town Administrator John Lebeaux. Joe O’Brien was absent.
Sign Town Planning Implementation Committee Appointment Certificate
On a motion by Raymond, seconded by Alan, the Board voted 2-0 for the Chairman to sign in the Clerk’s absence the appointment certificate for Town Administrator John Lebeaux to serve on the Town Planning Implementation Committee.
At 3:02 PM on a motion by Raymond, seconded by Alan, the Board voted 2-0 to convene into executive session for the purpose of conducting strategy sessions and contract negotiations with non-union personnel and not to re-convene in open session.
A roll call vote was taken: Alan, yes; Raymond, yes.
