- Exemption Two – To conduct strategy sessions in preparation for negotiations with nonunion personnel or to conduct collective bargaining sessions or contract negotiations with nonunion personnel – Fire Chief (15 min. est.)

- Public Safety building proposal
- Fire Truck proposal
