Trustees of Trust Funds, Town of Princeton

Call to Order: 7:00 p.m.
Attending Trustees: Kevin Heman, Phil Mighdoll and Steve Mirick
This was our first meeting since the Annual Town Election. We welcomed Kevin Heman – a new Trustee of Trust Funds.
- Phil Mighdoll was elected Chairman.
- Kevin Heman was elected Secretary.
- Steve Mirick was elected Financial Advisor.
We gave Kevin an overview of Trustee role and responsibilities.He was given a notebook which contained some history of the Trustees.Phil will also E-mail him copies of recent meeting minutes and other useful documents.
We discussed the new Princeton Community Trust Fund and explained our concern for being able to provide help for people in need. A few trust funds for the needy have been essentially drained. Kevin offered to look into having a future Parks & Rec event be held as a fundraiser for the new trust account.
We agreed to continue our pattern of meeting every third Wednesday of the month.
We overlooked a request from Hearts for Heat regarding our assistance at their next Holiday House Tour. We’ll take that up at our next meeting.
We also overlooked approving the minutes of the 11/24/2010 meeting. We’ll do that at our next meeting.
The meeting adjourned at 8:00 p.m.The next meeting is scheduled for July 22 at 7 p.m.
