Trustees of Trust Funds, Town of Princeton

Call to Order: 5:00 p.m.
Attending: Trustees Charlie Dings, Phil Mighdoll, Steve Mirick
Minutes of our 7/21/10 and 8/24/10 meetings were reviewed and approved.
The Board reaffirmed that disbursements from the Hall Trust are at the discretion of the Princeton Municipal Light Board through Manager Jon Fitch, in accordance with the language of the trust.
The Board was in agreement with the Hearts for Heat guidelines as specified by H for H member Stan Moss. It was also the understanding of the board that, with H for H’s new 501 c (3) status, we should spend down and close the existing Town of Princeton H for H Trust and shift future contributions and disbursements to the new 501 c (3) account, properly segregated by town. We will check with our Town Administrator and Select Board to affirm this course of action.
Our meeting adjourned at 5:30 p.m.
Our next meeting is scheduled for 12/22/10, but will depend on business to be considered. The meeting following is scheduled for 1/19/11.
