Call to Order: 7:00 p.m.
Attending: Trustees Charlie Dings, Phil Mighdoll
Minutes of our 3/1/10 meeting were reviewed and approved.
There were no applications for assistance to be considered.
We discussed the Town Meeting article to create a new Trust Fund for the benefit of needy residents of Princeton to which individuals could contribute and from which the Trustees could dispense both interest and some % of principal. We agreed Steve will speak for our Board at Town Meeting if there are questions or requests for elaboration.
Cindy Shea has requested that the Trustees take charge of the brunch food preparation and service of a future Holiday House Tour for Hearts for Heat and donate any net proceeds to our new Trust. Phil will follow-up with Cindy on details and ramifications of this offer.
Phil will check with Mary Cringan and Jon Fitch regarding scholarship awards for this year.
Our meeting adjourned at 7:35 p.m.
Our next meeting remains to be scheduled and will depend on business to consider.
