Call to Order: 7:10 p.m.
Attending: Trustees Charlie Dings, Phil Mighdoll, Steve Mirick
- Minutes of our 4/14/10 meeting were reviewed and approved.
- Phil Mighdoll was elected Chair and Charlie Dings Secretary of Trustees of Trusts for the
next election year.
- The disclosure of Steve’s position as Corporator of Barre Savings for possible conflict of
interest was acknowledged. Steve checked with Town Administrator John Lebeaux and
Town Clerk Lynne Grettum and no conflict was determined.
- We reviewed the Town Accountant’s financial report for our trusts.
- We approved payment of the invoice for $91.00 from the Montachusett Opportunity
Council for Elderly Nutrition Program meals to be paid from the Hadley Memorial Fund
82-5-007-000.
- Phil summarized what he learned of the new open meeting law. We agreed to find and
read a copy of the new law.
- There were no new applications for assistance for consideration.
- Steve agreed to draft an addendum to our website regarding our new Community Trust
Fund.
- Phil will check with Cindy Shea about our involvement in a Hearts for Heat Holiday
House Tour.
- Our meeting adjourned at 7:35 p.m..
- Our next meeting remains to be scheduled and will depend on business to consider.
