        1.      Case #630D(F101) 411 Westchester Avenue, Verizon Wireless, letter from Snyder & Snyder, LLP, dated October 6, 2009, requesting an extension of the Special Exception Use permit.  At the meeting held January 25, 2010, the Planning Consultant was directed to prepare a Resolution granting the extension of Special Exception Use.

        2.      Case #627A(F382) Public Hearing Environmental Assessment Determination for property located at 36 Bush Avenue, Port Chester, NY, known and designated as Section 2, Block 51, Lot 24.

                Site Plan Application submitted by The Salvation Army for property located at 36 Bush Avenue, Port Chester, NY, known and designated as Section 2, Block 51, Lot 24, for renovation and enlargement of existing commercial/office building and related site improvements.  The action requires an approval for Special Exception Use under the current zoning.  The proposed use is as a Salvation Army Facility, which would include being used as a place of worship.  The Zoning Board of Appeals granted the necessary variances January 21, 2010.  At the meeting held January 25, 2010, the Public Hearing was re-opened and the matter adjourned until this evening.

        3.      Case #689(F242) Public Hearing Environmental Assessment Determination for property located at 5 Grace Church Street, Port Chester, NY, known and designated as Section 142.38, Block 2, Lots 35 and 45.

        Application for Special Exception Use submitted by Open Door Family Medical Centers for property located at 5 Grace Church Street, Port Chester, NY, known and designated as Section 142.38, Block 2, Lots 35 and 45, to allow the site to be from a present use of medical and vacant retail space to a proposed use of a wellness center.

        4.      Site Plan Application submitted by Open Door Family Medical Centers for property located at 5 Grace Church Street, Port Chester, NY, known and designated as Section 142.38, Block 2, Lots 35 and 45, to renovate existing vacant first Floor space and portion of existing clinic into a wellness center.  At the meeting held January 25, 2010, a Public Hearing was set for this evening.

        5.      Case #688(F251) Environmental Assessment Determination for property located at 6 Pearl Street a/k/a 181 Westchester Avenue, Port Chester, NY, known and designated as Section 142.22, Block 2, Lot 6.Planning Commission Agenda

                Site Plan application submitted by Pollo’s Al Carbon Los Gemelos, Inc. & CD’s Los Gemelos for property located at 6 Pearl Street a/k/a 181 Westchester Avenue, Port Chester, NY, known and designated as Section 142.22, Block 2, Lot 6, change of use from a factory into a restaurant.  The new usage of the space will have a new layout and electrical/mechanical design to suit the restaurant.  At the meeting held January 25, 2010, the matter was adjourned until this evening.

        6.      Case #690(F829) Subdivision Application Subdivision application submitted by Verizon New York Inc., for property located at 50 Broad Street, Port Chester, NY, known and designated as Section 142.22, Block 2, Lot 77, for a two lot subdivision in the C2 zoning district.

        7.      Case #691(F4338) Environmental Assessment Determination for property located at 10 Fox Island Road, Port Chester, NY, known and designated as Section 142.46, Block 1, Lot 38, to install second story on existing structure.

                Site Plan Application submitted by RRP, Jr. Complete Landscaping LLC for property located at 10 Fox Island Road, Port Chester, NY, known and designated as Section 142.46, Block 1, Lot 38, to install second story on existing structure.
