PLANNING BOARD MINUTES OF
FEBRUARY 24TH, 2009
l. Call to Order
Chairman Larry Moreau called the February 24th, 2009 meeting of the Poland Planning Board to order at 7:03 PM. Members present were Carl Duchette, Chuck Finger, Larry Moreau, George Greenwood, and Bruce Uldall. Members not present with notification were Bob Brown and Kristina Greenleaf. Bruce Uldall will be a voting member this evening. Attached to the minutes is a list of the public who attended the meeting.

L. Moreau explained to the audience how the public hearing is conducted.

Motion: On a motion by C. Duchette and seconded by C. Finger to open the public hearing.
Discussion: None
Action: Motion carried 5-0 in favor. Voting for: C. Duchette, C. Finger, L. Moreau, G. Greenwood and B. Uldall.
Bob Faunce discussed his Draft Land Use Code Amendments 2009, and Downtown District Design Standards. John Maloney sent the updated SLZ amendments and the Board discussed that document as well as the Board’s regular list of workshop items.
