Mr. Conner called the meeting to order and explained the procedures for the evening.
Public Hearing: Wayne Bogosian – Case # 3748
27 Provincetown View Road
Special Permit per Section 205.43 and Table V to waive the side
setback requirements in order to construct a porch and stoop/deck
Sitting: Mr. Conner, Mr. Peck, Mr. Main, Mr. Conroy, and Mr. Simpson
Mr. Main read the legal advertisement into the record.

Russell Stefani, Flaherty & Stefani, representing Applicant, reviewed plan, described project, and outlined request for Special Permit in order to construct a porch & stoop/deck.

Mr. Main motioned to approve Special Permit for Case No. 3748. Mr. Peck seconded.

Requesting extension for an additional 2 years pursuant to Condition No. 2

Attorney Angley, representing Applicant, reviewed request for two year extension of the Special Permit. He referred to the memo from Paul McAuliffe and Engineering stating that the Applicant is in compliance. He closed by stating that the Applicant is almost finished with Phase II of the project.
David Peck questioned variable in cubic yards being removed per month; and, asked what’s the truck capacity?
Atty. Angley stated that an 18 wheeler is 24 to 28 cubic yards and a 10 wheeler is 20 cubic yards.
Mr. Main asked if there was a scale on the job site?
Atty. Angley’s response was yes.
Mr. Peck motioned to approve extension period for two years of Special Permit Case No. 3580. Mr. Main seconded.

Mr. Main motioned for the Board to approve the May 7, 2014 Meeting Minutes with 2 corrections. Mr. Simpson seconded.

Mr. Main motioned for the Board to approve the May 21, 2014 Meeting Minutes with 2 corrections. Mr. Simpson seconded.
