Peter Conner opened the meeting and announced that the Board would adjourn to Executive Session to discuss ongoing litigation concerning Case No. 3620 – Industrial Tower and Wireless and to add Case No. 3610 – Zamperini.
James Simpson moved for the Board to enter Executive Session; William Keohan, second; a roll call vote was taken: James Simpson – yes; Michael Leary – yes; Michael Main – yes; and Peter Conner – yes. Edward Conroy joined the Board in Executive Session.
Mr. Conner announced that the Board would return to open session.
The Board returned to open session at 7:50 p.m.

Charles Tufankjian stated that he would like to withdraw his current petition for signage and submit a new filing for a full sign package. The Hyundai Corporation has requested that a pylon sign be installed. A pylon sign was not part of the original sign package. Mr. Tufankjian also stated that he was working with the Director of Inspectional Services to determine a reasonable amount of signage.
Public Comment:
Everett Malaguti was in favor of the signage that was presented to the North Plymouth Steering Committee, but reserved comments on a pylon sign.
Mr. Keohan moved for the Board to continue the public hearing for Case No. 3705 to September 4, 2013 at 8:15 p.m. to allow the petitioner to work with the Director of Inspectional Service to bring the signs into compliance and to present a compliance plan/report; Michael Main, second; the vote was (4-1-0) with Edward Conroy in opposition.
