Mr. Main read the legal advertisement into the record.
Lawrence I. Winokur, of Winokur, Serkey & Rosenberg, P.C., represented the petitioner who requested a Special Permit per Section 205-25 Paragraph A3 and Table 5 and per MGL Chapter 40A, Section 6, to waive the side and rear setback requirements for a pool enclosure in order to adjust the side setback for an accessory structure. Atty. Winokur passed out a Memorandum Binder which explained the history of Camp Bournedale and the applicants proposed plan to add a new enclosure. The enclosure will increase the available facilities by the addition of restrooms and shower capacity.
Atty. Winokur introduced Mark Flaherty of Flaherty and Stefani, Inc., Plymouth, MA, site engineer, who presented the overall plan of work to be performed and Jeffrey M. Metcalfe, R.A. who presented the proposed architecture and landscaping. Mr. Arnold Gerson, owner of the camp, and Darin Fabrizio were also present at the hearing.
There was no public comment for or against.
Ramona Krogman, a resident of Valley Road, asked if there would be additional overnight lighting. Atty. Winokur answered No.
Hearing Closed
Mr. Main motioned to approve Case No. 3683 with two conditions. Mr. Peck seconded. Granted unanimously (5-0)

Mr. Main then read a letter dated October 15, 2012 from Brian K. Bowen of Winokur, Serkey & Rosenberg, representative of the petitioner, requesting a continuance. This case is on remand from the Commonwealth of Massachusetts Superior Court. The petitioner is requesting a Special Permit per Section 205-43 Table 5 to waive the side setback requirements and a Special Permit per Section 205-25 Paragraph A3 to enlarge/alter a non-conforming structure.
Mr. Peck motioned to continue the public hearing for Case No.3599 Remand to December 5, 2012 at 7:45 PM at the request of the applicant. Mr. Leary seconded. Agreed unanimously (5-0).
Mr. Conroy motioned to adjourn the hearings. Agreed unanimously (5-0).
