Mark Flaherty of Flaherty and Stefani represented the petitioners and introduced the Lanigan Family. The petitioner is requesting relief to waive the side yard setback requirements in order to construct an attached garage extension (from 1-car to a 2-car garage) in conjunction with other work to construct a 1-story addition/porch.
No public comment was offered.
Hearing closed.
Vote: Mr. Peck motioned to approve Case #3611 without conditions. Mr. Keohan seconded. Granted unanimously (5-0).

The Clerk read the legal ad into the record.
The Clerk then read a letter from the petitioner’s Attorney, Robert C. Betters of Withington and Betters, requesting that the Board of Appeals continue the public hearing to a later date.
Mr. Conroy motioned to continue the public hearing for Case #3608 to February 16, 2011 at 7:30 pm. Mr. Matthews seconded. Granted unanimously (5-0).
Other business: The Board agreed to hold an additional meeting on January 12, 2011.
