Mr. Conner called the meeting to order and explained the procedures for the evening.

Mr. Peck read the legal advertisement into the record.

The petitioner represented himself and is requesting relief in order to waive the off-street parking requirements; specifically to waive the setback from the street, backing into the street, and the number of parking spaces and buffers in order to renovate the building for a beauty salon.

Vote: Mr. Main motioned to approve Case #3600 with Conditions. Mr. Peck seconded. Unanimous (5-0)

Jeffrey M. Metcalfe, R.A., represented the petitioner, is requesting a temporary extension of six months for a temporary office trailer located on the property.

Vote:  Mr. Peck motioned to approve Case #3601 with one (1) condition.  Mr. Main seconded.  Unamimous (5-0)

Mark Flaherty of  Flaherty & Stefani, Inc., represented the petitioner who is requesting a special permit to enlarge a non-conforming structure and a to waive the front, side and rear setbacks in order to construct a detached two-car garage and construct a wood deck with steps to be attached to a non-conforming two-family structure. Mark passed out two letters from abutters in support of the project which is directly behind the Town Hall.

Mark Flaherty of Flaherty & Stefani, Inc. returned on behalf of the petitioners to offer their responses relative to the four (4) Conditions of Approval.  Final Site Plans along with architectural renderings were distributed showing that the conditions have been met.

Mr. Main motioned to accept the four conditions as completed. Mr. Simpson seconded. Unanimous (4-0).

No further business came before the Board in open session.
