Mr. Conner called the meeting to order and explained the procedures for the evening.

Chris Renfree, the Petitioner, presented his plan on behalf of the owners of the Dolores J. Ouimet Trust, Dolores J Ouimet, Trustee, who are requesting relief to waive the front, side and rear yard setbacks and relief to alter and enlarge a non-conforming structure in order to reconstruct and expand existing decks on a single-family dwelling.

Public comment in favor:  Paul R. Trahan, Greg Stimmell, Laurie Caraher, and Andrew A. & Deborah A. Sheehan

Public comment in opposition:  None

Mr. Main read the legal advertisement into the record.

Mark Flaherty of Flaherty & Stefani, Inc., representing the petitioner, submitted a letter to the Board requesting that the Board allow them to withdraw the petition without prejudice. The subject property is in common ownership with adjoining land and the petitioner is in the process of evaluating alternatives to purchase additional land with the possibility of re-filing for a Special Permit.

Mr. Main motioned to Withdraw Case #3596 without prejudice

Mr. Peck seconded.

Unanimous (5-0) to Withdraw without prejudice.

Informal Hearing
#3581 – Robert J. and Marjorie Kay
             17 Clyfton Street

Mark Flaherty of Flaherty & Stefani, Inc. representing the petitioner, submitted documentation pertaining to the final architectural and final grading plans.

Mr. Peck motioned that the documents submitted have met Conditions 1, 2 and 3.

Mr. Main seconded.

Unanimous (4-0) to approve Conditions 1, 2, and 3 as Complete.

Mr. Main read the legal advertisement into the record.

Mr. and Mrs. Ankstitus are requesting relief to waive the front setback requirements to enlarge a non-conforming structure to construct a portion of a deck. The Board questioned Mr. Ankstitus regarding unresolved issues with the Building Department.
