Mr. Conner called the meeting to order and explained the procedures for the evening
Public Hearing:
Case No. 3586, 3587, 3588 and 3589 – Thomas Donovan
19, 21, & 23 Cape Cod Avenue and 33 Brush Hill Avenue
Sitting: Peter Conner, David Peck, Michael Main, William Keohan, and Edward Conroy
Mr. Keohan read the legal advertisements into the record.
Mr. Keohan read a letter from Mr. Donovan requesting that the Special Permit for 21 Cape Cod Avenue be withdrawn without prejudice. Steven Kotowsky from Webby Engineering presented his plans to rebuild three new properties. The Board asked various questions concerning the site plans which were not clearly outlined as to building height and distances from plot lines. Mr. Kotowsky agreed to continue the cases for the 3 remaining houses to a later date so he could have a complete new set of architectural site plans, parking lay-out, elevation of the houses, drainage, etc to be drawn up.

The Chairman, Mr. Conner asked for a motion to withdraw case No. 3587, 21 Cape Cod Avenue. Mr. Main Motioned. Mr. Keohan seconded. Granted unanimously 5-0 to Withdraw.
The Chairman, Mr. Conner asked for a motion to continue Cases No. 3586, 3588, and 3589 to October 6 at 8 pm. Mr. Main Motioned. Mr. Peck seconded. Voted unanimously 5-0 to continue.

Case No. 3590 – Chris Renfree
151 Taylor Avenue
Extension of time

Randy Parker represented Mr. Renfree who could not attend the meeting. Mr. Renfree submitted a letter asking for a continuance. Mr. Parker explained to the Board that there were a number of issues with the property that the Planning Department and the Building Department were researching on this property.
William Keohan motioned to continue the case to September 15, 2010 at 7:30 pm. David Peck seconded. Michael Main opposed. Voted 4-1 to Continue.
No further business came before the Board.
