Atty. Betters passed out a binder to the Board Members which answered several questions that the board had asked the representatives at the July 21st Public Hearing meeting. Economic factors were also discussed as to moving from 5 to 3 turbines. Rich Tabaczynski, the Civil Engineer on the project answered questions on the Conceptual Siting Plan regarding moving Turbine 2.
Hearing Closed.
Vote:
Mr. Main made a motion to grant Case No. 3584 with conditions and add-ons.
Mr. Peck seconded.
Granted unanimously (5-0).
Conditions: A final plan will be submitted as part of the condition to omit Turbine 2.
