Mr. Conner called the meeting to order and explained the procedures for the evening.

Attorney Robert Betters spoke on behalf of the petitioner at an informal public hearing to request an Extension of Time on the above referenced Comprehensive Permit due to deteriorating economic conditions.
No public comment was offered.

Mr. Peck made a motion to grant Case No. 3329 with conditions as discussed.
Mr. Main seconded.
Granted unanimously 5-0 to the requested Extension of Time.

Attorney Robert Betters spoke on behalf of the petitioner. He ran a slide show featuring Mr. Ben Hoen from the Berkeley National Laboratory on the impact of Wind Power Projects on Residential Property Values in the United States. Richard Tabaczynski from Atlantic Design Engineers, LLC gave a lengthy presentation on their Technical Review. Doug Sheadel from Modeling Specialties gave a presentation on acoustical Analysis. John Henson, Landscape Architect reviewed his architectural plans. Over seventy interested abutters and neighbors attended.

Meeting continued. Mr. Conner announced that he would honor the request of the neighborhood group to conduct a small presentation at the next hearing. No further notice will be in the newspaper.
David Peck Motioned to continue the public hearing to July 21st at 7:30 p.m.
Michael Main seconded. The Board voted unanimously to continue the hearing.
