Mr. Conner called the meeting to order and explained the procedures for the evening.

#3583 – Harbor View Realty Trust

Mr. Main read the legal advertisement into the record and the Public Hearing was opened.
The petitioner is requesting a Special Permit per Section 205-25 paragraph A3 to expand and enlarge a non-conforming use and a modification of Special Permit #3152/03 in order to add eight (8) additional residential units.
William Shaw, P.E., representing Associated Engineers, requested a continuance of the public hearing. Mr. Main motioned to move the public hearing to June 16th at 7:30 PM. Mr. Peck seconded the Motion.
The Board granted unanimously (5-0) to continue the Case.
The Public Hearing was Closed.

Mr. Main motioned to move the public hearing to June 2nd at 7:45 PM. Mr. Peck seconded the motion.

Mr. Keohan read the legal advertisement into the record and the Public Hearing was opened.
Attorney Edward Angley presented a request for a Special Permit due to a curb cut on a major street per Section 205-56 D1, a Special Permit to reduce parking under Section 205-23 (A) (3), and a Special Permit for signs per Section 205-19 K and L, in order to construct a new automotive dealership.

Vote:
Mr. Peck suggested the Petitioner come back for an informal hearing after the conditions are met.
Mr. Peck motioned with conditions. Mr. Main seconded.
