Mr. Keohan read the legal advertisement into the record.
Attorney Betters, representing the petitioner, said the petitioner placed a 9-11 Memorial along with a Police/Fire Memorial on his property in 2005. At the time of the dedication the petitioner promised to convey the Memorials and 1,524 square feet of land to the Town. The memorial lot (Lot 3-8) will be an unbuildable lot. The Petitioner must obtain a special permit and a variance from the Board of Appeals and then go to Town Meeting to convey this land to the Town. The Petitioner will create a 17,023 square foot lot that will be kept making the lot more non-conforming. Easements will be granted to the Town for maintenance of the memorial lot and a walkway for the store and memorial. The Quintal property will retain an easement for the sewer line.

Mr. Conner disclosed that he had done business with the owner of Atlantic Boat but that he had no financial interest in the company.
Mr. Keohan read the legal advertisement into the record.
Mr. Cribbie, owner of Atlantic Boat Rental, said that he would like to relocate from Sandwich Street to the location on South Meadow Road. The company does outboard motor work and the larger building will be more convenient.
