Mr. Peck called the meeting to order and explained the procedures for the evening.

#3553 – JONMAT REALTY TRUST
          61 Commerce Way

Sitting: David Peck, Michael Main, Edward Conroy, William Keohan and Ryan Matthews.

Mr. Keohan read the legal advertisement into the record.

Attorney Angley, representing the petitioner, referred to a written presentation on file in the ZBA office.    Attorney Angley requested to withdraw the request for relief under subsection K.  The lighting will comply with the dark sky by-law.

No public comment was offered.

Hearing closed.

#3554 – SANDRA COTTI d/b/a Sandy’s on the Beach
          130 Warren Avenue

Sitting: David Peck, William Keohan, Edward Conroy and Michael Main.

Mr. Keohan read the legal advertisement into the record.

Mr. Peck read a letter from the Petitioner’s representative,  Attorney Angley, requesting to withdraw the petition without prejudice.

Mr. Main made a motion to allow the withdrawal without prejudice.

Mr. Keohan seconded.

Unanimously granted 4-0

VOTE:

Mr. Main made a motion to approve Case No. 3553 with condition.  

Mr. Conroy seconded.

Unanimously approved 5-0.

No further business came before the Board.
